Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Website & Software Development Projects

Once a project has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be requested in writing. If a project is cancelled after development has started, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

2. IT Training & Courses

Course fees are generally non-refundable once the course has started. If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the start date, a partial refund may be issued subject to an administrative fee. Refund requests must be sent to our official email.

3. AI Solutions & Digital Marketing

Monthly retainers for digital marketing or ongoing AI services can be cancelled with a 30-day notice. Services already rendered and billed are not eligible for a refund.
